Administration Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised administration guru to join our fun and dynamic team based in Hastings.
About the role:
As the Administration Team Lead you will be responsible for managing all administration areas of the business whilst leading the remotely based administration team. Within this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the main finance transaction processing and IT management and troubleshooting with both hardware and software.
Some key responsibilities will include:
- Lead and manage a small team of two administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and professional development
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Handle financial administration tasks, including processing invoices, reconciliations and supporting financial reporting for the Sales and Operations teams
- ERP Management and operation including accounting and inventory functionality
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure high performance and professional growth within the administration team
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in finance, administrative and IT practices, implementing efficient solutions
About you:
We are looking for an energetic leader with high attention to detail who is motivated to do well and provide outstanding support to our successful team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration roles with an equally strong finance component. In particular, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in an administrative role with transactional finance responsibility
- Thorough knowledge of business accounting and administration principles
- Team management and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams
- Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
