Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / General Manager to oversee our hub's daily operations and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team of professionals, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the management of budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and sustainability.
- Implement and maintain HR processes, including staff recruitment, development, and performance management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Drive operational improvements and support the long-term growth of the hub.
- Achieve targets and goals set for operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Handle any additional responsibilities as required to support the hub’s success.
- Work alongside the CEO and be a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Contribute to business planning and strategies.
Qualifications, Attributes & Experience we are looking for:
- Business qualification (or working towards) and/or extensive experience
- Proven experience in managing staff and HR functions is essential.
- Experience in the health sector, particularly primary health, would be highly favourable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Corporate focus and/or experience.
- Technologically savvy.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability manage relationships.
